The last vaccination!

A traveling day is always super busy but this one was even busier than usual.
The first thing in our agenda for the day was visiting the vet for the last vaccination from the puppy series.
Since I knew I will give Seraphina meat during the vet visit I started the day with a toy session. Leash was on her because I am still focusing on retrieving the toy for tug and wanted to have better control but it was clear that she had a different idea in her mind so I had to step up my game, run faster, move more and keep the high and interesting energy.
After that we went to the vet where she was a major princess and didn’t bother the vaccination AT ALL!
She rested for a couple of hours after the vet visit and then we had our noon training wich was really amazing.
We started of work with the toy without the leash. But with many directions changes to make it more interesting for her and to control the retrieval better.
We then worked on nose touch and 4 legs platform position with a wall to make sure that her body position will be correct and that she doesn’t twist her hind part.
And finally we did some food work that included focus games and luring (my favorite)! This little girl is improving so much with everyday that goes by and I am so proud to see how she is growing so nicely 😍
A few minutes before I left to the airport she decided to train herself and worked on holding a metal object which was seriously funny for me to watch but also really impressive because she had a super nice consistency with it and she was able to maintain her athleticism while holding it, something that for many dogs can be really difficult so it’s nice that she has this skill naturally.
I left for the airport and came back after one week.
during the week I got updates that she is doing good and she is awesome and how fun she is to work and be with so I was really looking forward to get back home asap to her and the rest of the pack, and let me just say that this welcome was the best ever!!!!
