Leaving the house

The most important part of raising a puppy is the socializtion.

Many dogs, are able to perform a lot of tricks at home but find it difficult to perform outdoors and for me personally, giving the fact I travel all over the world with my dogs, perform and compete it's even extra important that my puppy will be able to dive right into a session no matter where she is.

So our 2nd day together started off with a toy session in our garden.

In this session, I could feel I need to learn more about her attitude with toys so I decided that the rest of the day will focus more on food stuff and I will get back to the toy after thinking more about it.

Since I already knew that our food work is better than the toy at that point, I decided to work only with food and my movement and avoid any toy conflicts that I might cause. So when we arrived to a new place around my neighborhood It felt really great to see her engagement with the training. We stayed there for about 10 minutes in total and started our way back home where she slept for about 4 hours!

After a well needed nap for both of us, I took Seraphina out for an introduction with what will be one of our greatest tools; a four legs platform and she was absolutely amazing with it!

For the end of the day I decided to work on some basic moves she will need to know for dancing like going around me and nose touch, but as you can probably see and hear in the video, this training turned into a “don’t care about the noise” type of training.

This puppy really is something special!
